Several years ago, hubby and I hit up Philadelphia for the Philadelphia Half Marathon. He was running, I was there for moral support. The night before we wandered the city and the night was gorgeous! This photo is of City Hall that night.

Philadelphia Half Marathon

Alright, so apparently this is race update week!  LOL!  For the past two years, my lovely hubby has run the Philadelphia Half Marathon.  Two years ago, this event was his very first half marathon.  After running the Shamrock Marathon in Virginia Beach last month, he decided to up his game and run the Philadelphia Marathon this year.

With that, I decided to have him sign me up for the half.  Why not?  I've now run one half marathon, there's no reason why I can't run another one, right?  So, he signed me up for the Philadelphia Half Marathon.  I'm somewhat looking forward to it (as much as one can look forward to running a half marathon!).  And what's nice is we'll make a weekend of it, so a nice little trip before the hustle and bustle of the holidays.

Now to find something to do in August or September...
