December 25th

Merry Christmas to my friends who celebrate and happy December 25th to those who don't!  I'm off to the fam for some presents and eating and will return to our normally scheduled healthy eating blog sometime in the next few weeks.  But, coming up in the New Year is a whole new me!  You'll want to stick around to see it, promise!
