I also picked up the Gold's Gym Weight-Loss Tracker. I try to track what I eat and my exercise, but lately I've had a hard time. I saw this hanging in the sporting good section and starting flipping through it. And I liked it. It reminded me of the WW ones they give you at meetings. Of all the things at a WW meeting, I think I miss that the most. The pre-designed pages, lots of stuff to fill in the blanks. I like seeing it all neatly in front of me. So, I bought it.

Inside, there are pages on sample breakfast, lunches, and dinners. There are workout routines with a kettleball and resistance bands. And a page to keep track of your measurements weekly. I like all this. Since the month of May basically has kept me at the same weight as the months of March and April, hopefully this will be just the "gadget" to get me back on track and excited about losing those last 15 pounds!
