Motivational Monday

How simple is this? One thing that makes you happy. That's all. Not a whole day. Not a whole week. Not a whole month. One thing a day. That's doable, right?

Things I commit to doing this week that make me happy:

  1. Read
  2. Run
  3. Take pictures
  4. Plan race training
  5. Make protein pancakes
  6. Go to the gym
  7. Enjoy a fun weekend away with hubby
