Alrighty. Headed back to WW to weigh in this week for the first time since the 2nd week in Nov. I was happy with the results - up .2, which I'm perfectly fine with. Until today, I've been going to weigh ins in a skirt or dress. Today I bit the bullet and wore pants. So, my thought is the gain is more from change of clothes than a real gain. I should be fine next week. :-) Yea!
Did well on extended boot camp day 3. Stayed on points, minus a chocolate covered Oreo cookie at 1:00 a.m. Friday morning. LOL! I was making them for a holiday party Sat. and I just HAD to have one. :-) Had a simple breakfast of cereal and a banana, lunch was something...I can't remember! LOL! Dinner, I made steak ums with reduced-fat provolone cheese on flat out bread. Turned out real yummy! :-) For dessert, a pumpkin cupcake. It was a good food day. Got in all my water as well. It was pretty easy for some reason. Probably all the cleaning I did. And other than the Oreo cookie at 1:00 am., I didn't eat after 9:00 p.m.
I didn't do any formal exercise, but cleaned a lot. I dusted, vacuumed, put things away, hung pictures, scrubbed the bathroom. It was a tiring day and while not walking/running/Wii, it was a workout. Which has been the MO the last several days around here. But the house is starting to look nicer, so I shouldn't complain. :-)
So, what were the results of Chris's November Boot Camp?

Not too bad. I think I'm not going to be so stringent in December. With the holidays, it would be too much to ask. But, I know that a lot of the items on the boot camp list are almost second nature now, so I think December will be easier than it's been in the past.
