I have been having a real hard time getting back on track. The first week after New Year's was good. Back to eating healthy, back to eating less, back to exercising. But since? No idea, but just can't seem to get motivated. I don't know why. It's really weird. This is the time of year I do really well. Holidays are over, I'm motivated. What's going on here?
Well, I'm hoping this little bit of news helps. We may finally have figured out when we're going on vacation, where and for how long. We have a tentative date to depart, which means I know how long I have until we leave. And I have plenty of time to lose about 10-12 pounds. And I really want to. And I'm hoping that the time I have before we leave is the impetuous I need to get my butt in gear.
And, yes, I will be going to weigh-in this week. I have no delusions it will be a good one, but I will go and face the music. I may have wasted the month of January, but that doesn't mean I have to waste the month of February.
