Operation 20 (revised)

I decided with the new job to splurge and go back to Weight Watchers (WW).  I started on Jan. 1 and chose to continue the old program as I adjust to the new.  I also wanted to get a couple items I knew would help me rather than relay solely on the internet.  I say this because I don't have a smart phone that I can do all the new fangled apps to.

So, in week 1 of Operation 20 (revised), I am down 3.6 pounds.  Yea!  That was a good number to see.  I still have a bit to go to be back where I was before the holidays, but yea.  That 3.6 was a good number.  I'm happy with it.

This week, I'm working on transitioning to the new PointsPlus program and adjusting to going back to work.  It should be an interesting week.  I also have 19 miles to get in next week (M/W/TH/S), so it's a big week.  Here's hoping it goes as well as this past week!

  1. AWESOME! you will love the new program. did you get the little calculator? that will help a lot with calculations. good luck with your mileage. you are surpassing my mileage at the moment. ;)

  2. I did get the calculator. I need hand held things, I'm very tactile. So, I got that and the Dining Out Companion and Complete Food Companion. I felt having those is important since I won't always have the internet.

    This week's mileage did not go as planned. It was a rough week. I am heading out tomorrow for 7. I was a tad nervous with the weird snow weather we had this morning. It turned out ok, but I didn't know that at the time. So, 7 miles tomorrow. :)
