2017 Summer Challenge
The blog has sat silent for quite a while now. The last time was 100 days before vacation to Jamaica, which was December. So...
I've decided to try my hand again at the blog and see if it can help get me moving again. I didn't do anything towards that last "I'm going to lose weight before vacation," in case you're wondering. I haven't really gained any more since then, but I haven't lost any either.
I thought I would aim for 5 pounds a month after I got home from vacation, which would have been January 2017, but that didn't happen either. I had motivation, but my sweet little Elizabeth kitten (she was 12) became deathly ill and passed away a week after we returned from vacation. Not how I wanted to return home.
I was to train for the Shamrock Dolphin Challenge in Virginia Beach this past March, but I was struggling to run. I chalk it up to the blood clots and pulmonary embolisms making my lungs much weaker than I thought they would be. I will not ignore the fact that I was/am out of shape and weigh more than I ever have, but the lungs were what bothered me most. So, I deferred the challenge until 2018.
Now, it is Memorial Day weekend and I am no closer to my goals than I was 100 days before vacation. I started thinking about this and decided to set a challenge to myself - lose a pant size between June 1 and August 31. I know that's three months, but for some reason it takes me forever to go down a pants size. I will lose shirt sizes quickly, but pant sizes just don't budge!
I thought about what have I been successful at in terms of losing weight. I have finally come back to Weight Watchers. I am not spending the money to officially join, but I've been a member so many times, I know how it works. I've always lost weight while on WW, so I'm going back to that on Wednesday.
While this challenge doesn't officially start until summer, I spent a good part of my day going through my work and workout clothes and doing three things - clothes that fit me go on hangers. Clothes that do not fit right now - do I like them? Yes - goes in the bin. No - donation. I've also thrown some clothes out because they are missing buttons, stained, etc. I'm hoping that by always having clothes that fit me easily accessible, I will be more inclined to feel better about myself. I'm going to restrain from buying any clothing, unless necessary - which might be pants, but I should be fine with shirts.
There you have it. My goal for the summer. I start Wednesday with the diet and workout routine. I will document everything here and hopefully by the end of summer, I will be down a pants size. Wish me luck!
Do you have any summer goals - weight loss, workout routine, read more books, eat in-season fruit, spend more time outdoors? Let me know!

Food plan
One of my downfalls is healthy eating. I plan well, I find recipes, we buy the ingredients, then after work I get lazy and have no desire to cook it. We order in or heat up pizza.
I want to do better this year, so I've decided to make my meals on Sunday. This way I have all the meals I had planned for the week cooked and all I have to do is re-heat them. This may not sound appetizing to you, but it's perfect for me. I'll add a frozen vegetable to many of them and be good to go.
This week's recipes are all Weight Watcher approved:
- Veggie Chili
- Deep Dish Pizza Casserole
- Taco Bake
- Tortellini Soup
My goal is each week determine the meals for the week and then make them on Sunday. This should reduce how many times we skip the healthy meal for convenience. Time to write up the grocery list and get started cooking!

Hello again
Sorry. It's been a bit since I've last posted. The last few weeks have been trying to say the least. You know about my car accident {if not, read about it here}. I purchased a car to replace my totaled car on the 21st, on the day of a snow storm. Took us 2 hours to go from the dealership to home, when it took less than an hour to get there.
The following weekend hubby and I celebrated our 19 year dating anniversary, but the next morning I woke up with a stomach/intestinal bug. Oh that was awful! I felt somewhat better on Tuesday, so I went to keep my hair appointment. When I got in my car the ABS/traction control lights came on in the new car... We took it to a local dealership to check out and it either needed a new system or new hydraulics. So frustrating on a car I've had less than three weeks.
Within all this my mother needs open heart surgery. She has a tumor in one of her ventricles and the doctors need to remove it. They believe it is nothing serious, that due to lack of symptoms that this is just a benign growth, but it does need to come out. So, sometime in the next few weeks I'll need to go to Jersey for the surgery.
Then this past Friday night I came home from work and was greeted with the news that one of our upstairs windows cracked. No reason, just cracked. We had to call a window guy to come out. He boarded it up and will have a replacement window in a couple weeks.
So yea...the last few weeks have been rough. But, there have been some positives...
1. Work asked me to go four days a week rather than the 2.5 days I currently work. I won't be doing anything more than I am now, but it is more money.
2. We called the dealer we bought the car from and they are paying for the repairs.
3. I've lost 3.8 pounds in the last 2 weeks. I re-joined Weight Watchers and have been pretty good so far. Fingers crossed I can keep this up!
Sorry about the lack of posts. I didn't mean to just disappear. I'll try my best to not do that again.
How are you? What new and fun stuff are you up to?

TGIF!
Hello all! Happy Friday! It's been one heck of a week around these parts!
Last Thursday I was rear-ended coming home from a veternarian's appointment with my Lizzie.
She's having teeth issues and had a follow up. We're fighting not having her teeth removed, so far the meds are working. Anyway... I was rear-ended by a van and have been dealing with the insurance company {who honestly have been exceedingly easy and kind to work with - yes, I know. Good insurance people do exist}. While Thursday night I didn't think the car was totaled, Monday came and with it the news from the service people that it indeed was.
So, this week has been working with the insurance company on compensation and finding a new car. Still waiting to hear back from our loan people about the pay-off on the car, but once that happens, off I go to pick up a new one. As quickly as possible. This sharing a car is rough!
Tuesday, I was selected in the Broad Street Run 10 miler lottery. Surprised the living daylights out of me, but there it is. I entered because it's the perfect accountability for The Wild Half Half Marathon I'm running two weeks later. I'm looking forward to it. Hubby ran it in 2010 and I think it's a great race...especially now that there are medals. ;-)
Lent began on Wednesday and I decided on my Lenten sacrifices:
Have a great Friday and weekend friends! Make it count!

The extent of my injuries were a couple bruises. Lizzie was completely fine. Thank heavens! |

Lent began on Wednesday and I decided on my Lenten sacrifices:
- No sweets - cookies, cakes, pies, brownies, frozen yogurt {allergic to ice cream}, creme brule, etc.
- No soda
- I re-joined WW in the hopes that by sticking with it I will have good habits in place by Easter.
- Daily devotional. I'm not great at remembering, but I do catch up on each day's even if it's not read that day.
Have a great Friday and weekend friends! Make it count!

Lent
How was everyone's Fat Tuesday? Did you get your pancakes in? I did! Hubby and I ate at Perkins last night and fought the Buttermilk 5 {the Buttermilk 5 couldn't care less about this competition. It's all in our heads.}. Sadly, I lost to the Buttermilk 5. I ate 4.5 pancakes. Sad...
So today is now Ash Wednesday. In the Catholic faith the first day of 40 for reflection, abstinence, and remembrance. I'm not going to pretend to be a consistent Catholic. I attended Catholic school for 12 years and married in the Catholic church. Do I go to mass weekly? No. I'm the important holidays type of Catholic. Yea...
But for some reason I strongly adhere to making Lenten resolutions and keeping them. I don't know why, but I do. I have made up my mind for what I'm doing for Lent and thought I would share it with you:

- Giving up sweets. No candy, cakes, cookies, pie, donuts, brownies, etc. {not sure what's left honestly...}. I've done this before. I know I can do it. I just know I've been out of control and need to be accountable.
- Giving up soda. I had stopped drinking it except maybe once every couple of weeks. Somehow it has wiggled its way back into my diet.
- I re-joined Weight Watchers to focus on eating better. I have just gone nuts with my eating and I need help. My decision is to follow the WW plan as closely as I can each day. Follow the points and track. I won't be perfect, but if I focus on this I can do it.
- I would like to add something religious into my resolutions, but I haven't figured that out. I'll update if I do. Thinking of a devotional on the Kindle.

Week 1 Weigh-In
Hello! Happy Weekend! Yesterday was my very first weigh-in with Weight Watchers since I joined on Sunday. I like the Friday weigh-in. I've always been successful, no matter what the program, with weighing in on Fridays.
Today's weigh-in went better than I anticipated! I was hoping for 3 pounds. Yea, I know for week one that's not much, but I wasn't getting my hopes up. I have been having such a struggle with food lately, that I couldn't imagine I'd do better than that.
Well....I'm down 5 pounds! I am thrilled! Seriously. I have a goal of 12-15 pounds by July 2nd and this puts me within 7-10 pounds of that. Woo!
Have you recently joined Weight Watchers or any other weight loss program? How's it going? Got any tips?

Weight Watchers here I come
For the past few years, I have gained weight. In 2012, I weighed the least I ever had and was 12 pounds away from my goal weight.
Then, for some reason (I really don't know what triggered it), I started gaining weight. Ok, one can gain a few pounds, then get back under control. It happens, but no. I let it go on far too long and I gained 40 pounds in 2.5 years. Yea.
Awful, isn't it? It's ok. I'm not going to be offended. I'm angry at myself for letting it happen. So, this past Sunday I decided enough is enough. I have been saying that for months now, but doing nothing. I kept thinking I could do it on my own. But, I am wrong. I can't.
What did I do? I signed up for Weight Watchers on-line. I have done the meetings before, but I have found I have very little in common with the people in the meetings. I would go, weigh in, then leave. What's the point in that? Instead, I joined the on-line program. I am more of a loner anyway. I believe this will be more successful.
Weigh ins are on Friday {which has always been a good way for me to do this} and I'm hoping for a great first week! I have a big goal of 12-15 pounds by July 2nd. It is doable, I just have to follow the program.
What have you done to lose weight? Are you better at a structured program or going it alone?

The Next Couple Months
I've made some goals for the next 10 weeks. Why 10 weeks? Well, I have 10 sessions with my personal trainer that go through the end of June. My fencing class also goes through the end of June. So, it seems like the end of June seems to be a great time frame to aim for and see what I can do.
The main goal? Weight. My goal is to lose 13 pounds. That's it. 13 pounds. I believe it's doable by the last day of June. How I am going to do it?
Personal trainer sessions once a week
Running
Cardio Kickboxing classes
Fencing
Biking
Racquetball
Weight Watchers
Keep me accountable people. Those last pounds have been hard to get off. I've been struggling for two months to stay on plan and lose and failing. I'm sooooo close to finally hitting that goal. It's within reach. There will be multiple updates. I have waited a long time for this - 36 years to be exact. I can do it.

Weight Watchers (Points) v. Lose It!
As promised, here's my personal (opinion) review of the original Weight Watchers Points system vs. the Lose It! website. Basically, I'll give you a quick explanation of what each are, why I chose them to lose weight, and what my, personal results were. I thought it was interesting and wanted to share.
Ok, so here's the story. A quick, not-to-detailed description of me. I've been an overweight person basically since I was about 4 or 5. I did WW in 7th grade, but it didn't really stick. I gained what I lost, sadly. In HS, I lost about 10 pounds my senior year, due to school, play practice, and working at a local retail store at the holidays. It was college that killed me. I gained 35 pounds. It was not pretty. I hit up Weight Watchers and lost about 25 of the 35 pounds (1999). Then I gave eDiets a try (2000-2001) as I lost weight for my wedding. Over the next 10 years, I gained weight, lost weight, gained weight, lost weight, gained weight and am now on the downward cycle of it all. I tried the PointsPlus system that was released in December, but after the three month package I had ran out, I didn't have the funding to keep it going. I tried to stick to the old program for the next few months, with limited success. Then in mid-June I found Lose It! Rather than giving all foods a point value, I just counted calories. I in-put the calories I ate at each meal and snack and tracked my exercise. I thought it was a great way to jump-start my weight loss efforts as I was a tad bit tired of the WW system. I'll let you know what I thought about it below. :-)
Weight Watchers Points
From weightwatchers.com,"In the early 60's, Weight Watchers founder Jean Nidetch began inviting friends into her Queens home once a week, to discuss how best to lose weight. Weight Watchers has always believed that dieting is just one part of long-term weight management. A healthy body results from a healthy lifestyle - which means mental, emotional and physical health. Weight Watchers does not tell you what you can or can't eat. We provide information, knowledge, tools and motivation to help you make the decisions that are right for you about nutrition and exercise. We help you to make healthy eating decisions, and we encourage you to enjoy yourself by becoming more active. To provide motivation, mutual support, encouragement and instruction from our leaders."
Originally, the program I joined had you checking off boxes for basically the food pyramid basics. You had boxes for 2 proteins, 5 fruits/vegetables, 8 waters, etc. You had some flexibility with extra calories for splurges, but the idea was to follow the food pyramid. In 1997, responding to changes in the weight loss industry, WW introduced the 1-2-3 Success program, which was the first to assign a points value to foods. No longer were you concentrating on calories, but you were given a range of "points" you could have during the day. The new members book listed the most common foods and you were given a Points Finder for checking the points value on the foods you bought. Points values were based on comparing calories, fat, and fiber. In 2010, Weight Watchers revamped their program again, renaming 1-2-3 Success (which most people referred to as Points) as PointsPlus. This program added considering protein and carbohydrates to the equation, with the idea that a more rounded consideration made for a better idea of what you were taking in. It also made most fruits zero points, which would encourage people to eat fruits rather than low-calorie/low-fat snacks that people had been eating.
Why I chose Weight Watchers
When I was a kid, I had little choice. Mom signed me up and basically made the food and kept us on tract. Somewhere along the line, she stopped doing the program and with it, I stopped as well. Being 12 years old doesn't give one too much control over what is eaten.
After I graduated college and wanted to lose weight, I went back to Weight Watchers. I did so because A. I had success with it before and B. I liked that you ate real food. I'm not a fan of the programs that are all pre-packaged and you then have to re-learn how to eat when you reach goal. Let me work it out as I go along, choosing what foods I want to eat each week rather than eating what frozen meal comes in the mail. When I joined in 1999, I lost 25 pounds, 10 pounds shy of losing the college 35 (I'm making up the name, but it was my "freshman 15" gone wrong). I got a little distracted and stopped going to meetings. I didn't gain too much back when I decided to give eDiets a try. The reason? Price. I was working at a non-profit (making very little money), renting a townhouse with a friend, going to grad school, and saving/spending for a wedding. eDiets fit my budget much better than WW did at the time. I proceeded to lose with eDiets (before it partnered with all those other programs) and lost an additional 25ish pounds.
After the wedding, in 2001, I proceeded to gain weight (again). I didn't gain it all back, but I did gain that 25 pounds I lost with eDiets. So, back to WW I went. I figured it worked before, why not try again? I did great and lost that 25 pounds in 6 months. Then we moved and I stopped caring. And...I gained it back. Ugh. When my friend said she was getting married in Vegas, I decided I had to lose weight. I hit WW, set a 30 pound goal, and off I went. By the time her wedding rolled around, I lost 27 pounds. But, after her wedding, I gained some of it back, but not as much as I usually gained.
When the program upgraded to PointsPlus, I was unsure of it. I had heard polarizing reviews - you either LOVED it or you HATED it. After accepting a job offer, I decided to sign up for the three month program. I lost some weight, but I just wasn't feeling it. When the three months expired, I no longer worked there, so I stopped. I went back to WW Points. I didn't lose a ton over the following few months, but I didn't really gain.
Lose It!
From the Lost It! website, "Lose It! uses proven principles of weight loss (tracking and peer support) to help people manage their weight and improve their health. Originally created for the iPhone in 2008 (and downloaded by more than 5 million people), Lose It! is now also available on the web." Lose It! bases your weight loss efforts on an in-put of calories. They begin the process by going through screens asking you how much you wish to lose, some personal information (height/weight/etc.), and how many pounds a week you wish to lose. Throughout the process, the idea is to get an idea of who you are and find a plan that works for you. When you chose how many pounds a week you want, you have several options to chose from, each one varying in the amount of calories you can have to reach your goal.
Daily, you in-put what you eat. You can either chose from their selection of foods (which include brand names and restaurants) or create your own if you know the calorie count. As you add food, the site subtracts the calories from your daily total, telling you how many you've consumed and how many you have left for the day. There is also a place for you to add in exercise you do, which then gets taken into account on your calorie count.
As you progress, you are rewarded with various badges congratulating you on your progress. You can also see various statistics on your progress - how many days you were under calories, how many days you were over, your most common foods, most common exercises. The statistics can be pretty darn interesting.
Why I chose Lose It!
Simple, I was bored with WW. I know that sounds dumb, but I was. I also saw that Lose It! was free and totally different from what I had been doing with WW. I liked the idea of just checking the calories on something and going with that. I'd never done that. In all the time I had been doing varies diets, I had never just counted calories. Strange I suppose, but there it is. I thought it had to be simpler than WW and it was free. So, it was new, free, different. What the heck I thought. See what happens.
My personal results
Alright, down to brass tacks (whatever that means!). I noticed that in three weeks of Lose it! I lost 2 pounds. On the option page of how much a week I wanted to lose, I selected 1.5 pounds a week. I lost 1 pound my first week (but to be fair it was only Monday through Friday, not a full week), so I figured week 2 would make up for it. Nope. Another 1 pound. Then I stayed the same. So, three weeks and 2 pounds. I felt very disappointed. Overall, I felt that I was under more days than over (and according to my stats page, I was under on 19 days over on 2). I was averaging about 2,000 calories burned through exercise a week. So, I was puzzled as to why I wasn't losing as they were saying I should.
So, I decided to try comparing the WW plan with the Lose It! plan. I wanted to see if I would run out of points (WW) before I ran out of calories (Lose It!). I rarely use exercise points/calories to make up for food during the day, so I kept with my normal way of doing things. What I found out was, I would run out of Points before I ran out of calories. I would usually have between 150-300 calories left at the end of the day, after I ran out of Points. I was perplexed. I know a healthy weight loss per week is between 1.5-2 pounds and I had selected 1.5 pounds on Lose It! per week. How could I get that if I had more calories left over once WW said I was done?
So, what happened? The first week of comparison had me down 2.8 pounds. I chose to stop eating when either WW or Lose It! ran out. Every day, WW ran out before Lose It! It was strange. So, I decided to do the comparison a second week. The loss wasn't as big as comparison week 1, but I still managed 1.2 pounds. I was happy. But again, I ran out of Points before I ran out of calories. Apparently, the number of calories Lose It! said I could eat per day really wouldn't have allowed me to lose 1.5 pounds a week.
And with that, I've decided to go back to WW. It makes sense to me to do so. I'm not doing the PointsPlus program. I'm sticking with the original because I have the most resources for it and I feel most comfortable using it. I'm glad I tried something new. I really enjoyed my two week comparison honestly. I also discovered that I kinda like seeing how many calories I burn per workout session, so while I do count Activity Points, I also write down how many actual calories I burn. Week 1 I didn't keep track, but last week I did. I earned 25 Activity Points and burned 3,236 calories. :-) Working on Week 3, keeping track of Points and Calories - 20 points and 2,572 calories.
I don't know how helpful this is to you, but I thought it an interesting experiment and since this is my little spot on the net, I decided to share. :-)
Ok, so here's the story. A quick, not-to-detailed description of me. I've been an overweight person basically since I was about 4 or 5. I did WW in 7th grade, but it didn't really stick.

Operation 20 (revised)
I decided with the new job to splurge and go back to Weight Watchers (WW). I started on Jan. 1 and chose to continue the old program as I adjust to the new. I also wanted to get a couple items I knew would help me rather than relay solely on the internet. I say this because I don't have a smart phone that I can do all the new fangled apps to.
So, in week 1 of Operation 20 (revised), I am down 3.6 pounds. Yea! That was a good number to see. I still have a bit to go to be back where I was before the holidays, but yea. That 3.6 was a good number. I'm happy with it.
This week, I'm working on transitioning to the new PointsPlus program and adjusting to going back to work. It should be an interesting week. I also have 19 miles to get in next week (M/W/TH/S), so it's a big week. Here's hoping it goes as well as this past week!

Friday
I love Fridays. Always have. Guess it's the last day of school for the week, then the last day of work for the week and at times the last day of BOTH school and work for the week. :-) Even without having a job, I love Fridays.
This Friday was ok. Yesterday, I officially canceled my WW membership. I still haven't found a job, so I'm basically at the end of what I had saved up. So, I canceled my membership. Sucks. I've been working hard to stay on plan and exercise. This week, I stayed the same as last. This isn't horrible considering I lost 5.4 last week. Hopefully, that means things have evened out and I can get back to loosing this week. My birthday is in 6 weeks. I would LOVE to be down 10 pounds by then. It's feasible....
I did really well exercising this week. Exercised every day except Sunday. Not bad at all. I think the exercising (as much as I hate to admit this) makes a big difference on the scale. So, I'm going to keep exercising and hopefully that will make the numbers go down. Hubby and I decided on our 5ks for Sept. - The Fort McHenry Tunnel Run and possibly the Springettesbury 5k. Those should help keep me moving.
In professional news, I determined my pricing for my photography. This is something I've been avoiding for weeks and I finally figured it out. Phew! I have to get some info on the blog about it and do my pricing sheets. I'm feeling a lot more confident about being ready to go next week!
Have a wonderful weekend everyone! Mine will be!

Last one for a while
Hello Friends!
It hasn't been all that long since my last post, but it feels that way. So much has been going no lately! Hubby and I have been prepping for a fabulous vacation and am so excited for it! We've saved for this trip for two years and planned it for the last 5 months. So hard to believe it's here!
I will admit to you, I have intention of being healthy on vacation. I'm sorry. I have packed my running gear and plan on running while away. It will not in any way help with whatever foods I eat while away or alcohol I may drink, but it's something. :-) And on the advice of a friend, I will take photos of me running...or have hubby do it for evidence I did actually run. LOL!
With that being said, I am back on the WW band wagon come June 1. No excuses. No compromises. No wavering. I WILL GO BACK. I will face the number on the scale. I will face my food demons. I will run. I will eat healthy. I will exercise. I will try to wrap my head around my food issues. I will reach out for help when I need it.
And if you think I'm kidding, I have every intention of running the following races:
June 15 - Colon Caner 5k
June 26 - Spirit of Gettysburg
June 27 - Baltimore Women's Classic (my first 5k ever last year!!)
I need to keep myself accountable and I think having these races staring me in the face when I get back will help with that. And I ask you, dear friends, to help keep me accountable as well. I know you can do it!
When I return, I'll be posting photos of the trip and outlining how I plan on doing the above. :-)
Until then,
Chris

Sat. update
Ah Saturday morning. The time when you can sleep in...if you aren't me. Argh. Got up a tad late to head over to WW to weigh-in, but still got there on time. It was funny. Back in Jan. there was always a line that wrapped around the "store" and it took almost 10 minutes before you got to the front. I went in yesterday and practically walked right up to the counter. Amazing what a couple of months will do. LOL!
Anyway. I was down 1.6. I really wanted 2 pounds, but it didn't happen. So, down now a total of 12.4. That's not too bad. I like being over the 10 pound mark. It makes it real. I can always loose a few pounds on my own, but hitting the 10 pound mark makes me feel like I've accomplished something. So, onward and upward. I'm think two more week weeks and I should hit 15 pounds. That would be lovely. If I work my tail off this week, I'm sure I could hit that goal, but eh. Though I have set a goal of writing everything I eat down again. I am pretty good at remembering it in my head, but this week I want to write it down. See how that affects the weight-loss.
After weigh-in, went to the park to run. It was colder than it's been the last couple of weeks and I had a hard time swallowing the muscus that the running caused. So, I only got in a mile. :-( I really wanted to improve upon my 2 mile time. So, disappointed, but I did improve my 1 mile time at Couselor Park by 3 seconds. So, that's at least something. There's always next week, right? I will run at Shelley Park Wednesday. Hoping to improve on that time too. I swear that Shelley Park is all uphill. LOL!

Back on the wagon...Weight Watchers that is
So, back to the first weigh-in of the year. Lovely. Gained 1.8 pounds since the last time I was there. Originally, they told me I gained .2 pounds and I was about to do a happy dance. Then she realized she did the math backwards. Grrrrr.... anyway...
While on my way home from the meeting tonight, I realized that I have a goal. 7-squared. I gave it a fancy nickname. Because I'm just cool like that. What does 7-squared mean? I will loose 7 pounds a month for the next 7th months. Yes, that = 49 pounds by the end of July. A lofty goal, but I've got a wedding at the end of July...in Las Vegas...and I want to look as hot as the temps are going to be!
So, I did well on exercise today. I took my lunch hour and walked. I took my new pedometer and randomly started off. I got in 3.2 miles in my hour. I don't want to walk too fast because I do have to go back to being a professional at 1:00 p.m. (wow. What would Cinderella say to THAT?) But I was proud of myself for packing my sneakers, shuffle, and pedometer. It was nice to get out there and walk. I should have worn my gloves because my hands got cold, but other than that, it wasn't too bad.
After my meeting, I jumped on the Wii Fit. Yes, I did an hour of walking AND did the Wii Fit. I rock. LOL! I am slightly addicted to the step exercise. I want to get it perfect. LOL! So I did that for a while, then tried my luck at the advanced step. And finished off with a run. Uhhh...46 minutes later... Really, I was just having fun!
So, the goal is 7 pounds by the end of the month. Stay tuned!
