It's National Running Day friends! I haven't been the best runner in the world, but I'm still kinda happy about today. I had planned to get up early and run, but I took boot camp last night and it killed me! I was just so tired.
So, instead, I'll come home from work and get a few miles in. I debated using the treadmill, but... I hate the treadmill! I'm ok with using it to start up the C25k program, because it will help me run at a faster pace than I usually do. To run a few miles? Outside all the way.
